We have set out below the types of Personal Information we may collect, or have collected:
-
Health profile and symptom information that you choose to enter, such as your medical history, medications, allergies, vital signs, images, and the symptoms or concerns you describe to us. This information is used to generate your health overview and, where you choose to save it, is stored locally on your device rather than on our servers.
-
Your follow-up answers and health history over time, which the Service uses to give you additional information for your request. As noted above, this information is stored locally on your device and is not retained on our servers.

Computer and connection information, such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from our Sites, referral URL, IP address, browser type, and device identifiers. We may also collect information using tracking technologies, such as cookies and similar technologies. You can learn more about these tracking tools and how you can control them in the "Tracking Technologies" section below.
-
Payment information, such as your credit card number, needed to process the fee charged for each overview you request. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor, and TammyFlow does not itself store your full payment card information.
-
Information transmitted, on a transient basis, to our third-party artificial intelligence provider in order to generate your health overview. This information is used solely to produce your health overview and any image-derived information and is not retained by TammyFlow on its own servers.
